Concerned about the impact on her OnlyFans career, where she reportedly earned $3 million since joining at 18, Sheen told Us Weekly she’s “banking as much content as possible” before the surgery, particularly focusing on photos to maintain her platform’s output during recovery. She expressed worry about losing subscribers due to the change in her appearance, noting the implants made her feel “womanly and feminine” and boosted her confidence. However, she’s received supportive messages from fans who say they’ll stay subscribed regardless. Sheen finds it challenging to return to her pre-surgery body, both physically and mentally, but prioritizes her health, hoping the explant surgery will alleviate her symptoms. She’s also frustrated by the lack of formal recognition for BII, with some surgeons dismissing it as “not a real thing,” though she believes the silicone implants are the cause. She’s currently seeking a Los Angeles-based explant surgeon and has urged others to prioritize health, warning that implants “are a pain in the ass to deal with” and “not worth it.”
