Sami Sheen, the 21-year-old daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, has announced plans to remove her breast implants due to health issues she attributes to breast implant illness (BII). She shared on Instagram Stories on June 23, 2025, that she’s been experiencing symptoms like chronic fatigue, hair loss, memory loss, brain fog, muscle pain, skin rashes, allergies, vertigo, mood swings, dry eyes, acne, headaches, and temperature sensitivities for nearly two years, which she believes started soon after her 2022 breast augmentation.

Concerned about the impact on her Only Fans career, where she reportedly earned $3 million since joining at 18, Sheen told Us Weekly she’s “banking as much content as possible” before the surgery, particularly focusing on photos to maintain her platform’s output during recovery. She expressed worry about losing subscribers due to the change in her appearance, noting the implants made her feel “womanly and feminine” and boosted her confidence. However, she’s received supportive messages from fans who say they’ll stay subscribed regardless.

Sheen finds it challenging to return to her pre-surgery body, both physically and mentally, but prioritizes her health, hoping the explant surgery will alleviate her symptoms. She’s also frustrated by the lack of formal recognition for BII, with some surgeons dismissing it as “not a real thing,” though she believes the silicone implants are the cause.

She’s currently seeking a Los Angeles-based explant surgeon and has urged others to prioritize health, warning that implants “are a pain in the ass to deal with” and “not worth it.”
